IE Smokeout is a collaborative project by the Riverside County Black Chamber of Commerce. It is dedicated to reducing #tobaccouse in African-American communities across the Inland Empire, including Riverside, San Bernardino and Imperial counties. Through education, community engagement and leadership development, they aim to help local residents become leaders in tobacco control.
